Conflict Resolution for Nurse Leaders in LTC
is the
second offering from Silver Meridian in the Emerging Nurse Leader Program
series. More than just theory and knowledge, participants experience
conflict resolution from a hands-on perspective through real-life
situations, detailed analysis, personal reflection, exercises, role-plays,
case studies as well as practicum experiences back in the workplace.
Designed from an adult education perspective, the program recognizes women’s
needs as individuals and learners, and incorporates these principles into
teaching strategies and approaches.
