| To ensure the success of the DOC/ADOC Leadership Certificate Program, professionals and subject matter experts have been engaged to provide input from the field relative to essential senior nurse leader skills and attributes, as well as to recommend content and focus for inclusion in the program. Preliminary Steering Group |
| Adhoc steering group of practitioners and training leaders compiled key program parameters and components for consideration in the training program. |
| Program Advisory Committee (PAC) |
| Formal group of respected leaders and specialists represent a broad range of experience as nurse managers (from relatively new managers, to those who have moved into more senior positions), with varied backgrounds in long term care and related senior care sectors (both OANHSS and OLTCA). |
