Go Green Program

	Our company's environmental policy is: Just as we strive to promote the health and well-being of residents, staff and organizations in long term care, we take the same approach to the environment. Through the elimination and reduction of waste, and the use of environmentally sensitive products and practices, we are positively impacting the health and well being of the environment.

	In keeping with this commitment to our environment, we are introducing our Go Green Program. The Go Green Program revolves around our scheduling process. Starting in April 2008, Silver Meridian clients will be able to save 10% in full-day seminars, workshops and consulting services, simply by scheduling training or consulting during specific weeks of the year. We provide clients with “Greenbacks” – coupons worth 10% of the contract for future training, or to be applied to the current training costs. By coordinating services to different clients on a regional basis, Silver Meridian can save travel costs by working more in each geographic area, and subsequently pass on the savings to clients.
	For Silver-Select clients, the pre-booking process ensures that Silver Meridian can schedule other clients around the Silver-Select Client’s training requirements, thereby offering the Go Green discount automatically.
	The Go Green Program means everyone “wins” - you win by saving “green” on service discounts we win by saving “green” on travel expenses we all help the “green” of the environment, by reducing gas emissions

The following is the formal Go Green Schedule. Clients booking during the period allocated for their
geographic area will automatically realize a 10% fee reduction.
