1) I can not view the Registration Forms for the Training Programs

In order to view the Registration Forms you will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Please use the link provided below to download Adobe Reader if you do not already have it.

2) How do I register for the training programs?

Registration forms can be sent to us in a number of ways. You may use the Registration Form provided and fax it to us at 905-433-0051

or

Mail it to: Silver Meridian, 1621 McEwen Dr., Suite 28, Whitby, ON L1N 9A5

or

You may also phone us at 905-433-0040 or email us with the names and details of staff that you wish to register.

3) I am having difficulty viewing some of the pages in your website.

If you are not able to view some elements of our website, please contact us with details of the problem, including the page title(s) and the name of the browser you are using. (i.e. Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Opera, Safari etc.) Some problems may be resolved by adjusting your screen resolution in the Display Properties section of your system.
