“I Am a Centre of Excellence”
May 5th, 2008The often heard response to Tom Peter’s call for centers of excellence has been “It’s hard to soar like an eagle when you are surrounded by turkeys.” In other words, how can I excel when others don’t, or there is no real support or push for excellence - only lip service to the concept.
