The Three "R's" of Dynamic Teams
Recognizing, Reorganizing & Revitalizing
A Manager's Guide to Leading Effective Teams
1- Day Seminar
Good managers know that teamwork is essential to their own success as leaders. Not only must leaders be excellent team players themselves, they must also foster teamwork across the organization. Dynamic teams do not “just happen” - they are the result of team-focused leadership. In this one day program, team leaders come to understand team dynamics and the purpose of the team, as well as learn how to help teams recognize what they are doing, how they are functioning, and where they are going. Participants learn the skills required to facilitate the reorganization of teams and effectively deal with breakdowns that impede team success.
Team leaders are able to re-energize existing teams, and create new dynamic teams such that all team members are enthused and committed to common outcomes. Through a process of training, analysis of real LTC cases, personal application and ongoing assessment, participants in this highly participatory session will acquire both the conceptual understanding and the practical experience needed to achieve the crucial parameters and behaviours found in highly effective dynamic teams. |
